After you grow up, things may change: people, environment, food, and the world. You might find that the one who accompanied with you in the past could be the one who's hurting you the most recently. You might also find that no matter how hard you've tried, things will no as your wish.

However, you'll remember the happiness during these time, no matter how hurt you've suffered. Even though you have no choice to avoid all these pain, facing them could be a better way to go through it.

Life is too short to waste, no one knows which one will come to you first: tomorrow or accident. I know it sounds ridiculous to say "enjoy it" during a hard time, but try to find some positive things to do: hang out with your friends, learn new things, go shopping crazily (no recommend), which can help you go through these pain, and adjust your mentality. If you are suffering a hard time, like me, you're not alone, so don't be afraid and trust yourself you can go through it!
