I chose one-single-shot to filmed it because I thought a simple filming way is enough.

Sonny was trying to express his emotion through his body movements, which was hard to use the language to explain. "Maybe no one wants to hear it," Sonny said.

I think it's a normal way for every dancer to express the personal emotion through the movement. Sometimes, it seems like the only way to present our thoughts, our emotion, and our heart. We do want to release them out because it's hurt, it's pain, and it's hard.
